His journey began as a Teacher at the Iqra Educational Institute, Bemina, Srinagar, where he laid the foundation for his career in education from July 2007 to July 2008. Subsequently, he transitioned to the New Convent Higher Secondary School, Barzula, Srinagar, where he served as a Lecturer from August 2008 to March 2010, further honing his teaching skills and contributing to the academic growth of his students.

Continuing his dedication to education, Mr. Mala then served as a Lecturer at SPHSS, MA Road, Srinagar, from May 2010 to October 2014. During this time, he played a pivotal role in fostering a conducive learning environment and nurturing the intellectual development of his students. Following this, he joined GHSS Mujgund, Srinagar, as a Lecturer in School Education, where he continued to inspire and educate young minds from October 2014 to August 2016.
