Dr. Youcef Megrouss has a rich professional experience in academia and research, particularly in Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering. He served as an Adjunct Department Head of Process Engineering at the University of Mostaganem from 2018 to 2019, where he contributed to curriculum development and administrative tasks. Prior to that, he was an Adjunct in the Common Core Sciences and Techniques at the same university from 2017 to 2018, actively participating in foundational education in sciences. His teaching experience includes courses such as Inorganic Chemistry, Advanced Inorganic Chemistry, Thermodynamics of Solutions, Thermodynamics and Kinetics, and Crystallography, among others, at both undergraduate and master’s levels. He has been actively involved in research supervision, guiding doctoral and master’s students in their research endeavors, focusing on areas like molecular structure determination, material properties, and chemical reactions. Dr. Megrouss has also contributed significantly to scientific committees and research projects. He has been a member of the scientific committee of the National Conference on Chemistry at the University of Chlef and has served on the board of directors and scientific council of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Hassiba Benbouali in Chlef.
