Building on this experience, he transitioned to roles at Amhara Water Works Construction Enterprise (AWWCE), including Mechanical Engineer and Maintenance Engineer/Garaj Coordinator, where he focused on water infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.
His journey in procurement and logistics management started at AWWCE as a Purchase Procurement Coordinator, where he oversaw supply chain operations within the construction sector. This experience was further developed during his time as a Purchase Procurement Officer at Amhara Road Works Enterprise (ARWE), contributing to road construction projects and enhancing his skills in procurement and vendor management.
