General Manager and Founder: At BIS Environment and Climate Change Consulting Solution, Dr. Kifle led teams in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and developing environmental management systems. She provided expert advice on various environmental concerns and contributed significantly to risk assessment processes.
Academic Dean: As the Academic Dean at the College of Urban Development and Engineering (CUDE), ECSU in Addis Ababa, Dr. Kifle demonstrated strong leadership in academic and strategic areas. She collaborated closely with university stakeholders, supported faculty members, and ensured a high-performance academic culture aligned with strategic goals.
Assistant Professor: Dr. Kifle’s academic journey includes roles as an Assistant Professor in Environment and Climate Change Management.
