Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiwon Kim is an esteemed academic in Public Administration at Hankyong National University. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiwon Kim has an extensive professional background in Public Administration. He currently serves as the Director of the Institute of Education Innovation and Associate Professor at the School of Social Integration, Hankyong National University. Previously, he held the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Public Administration at Korea National University of Welfare from April 2020 to February 2023, where he also served as Assistant Professor from March 2015 to March 2020. Additionally, he was the Director of the Library and Residence Halls at the same university. Dr. Kim has also contributed as the Dean of the Department of Public Administration. He worked with the Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service for over a decade. His academic appointments include a visiting scholarship at Rutgers University-Newark and an adjunct assistant professorship at Myongji College.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiwon Kim’s research interests encompass a wide range of topics within public administration and welfare policy.
