Prior to this role, she was an Assistant Professor at Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2013 to 2020, where she spent seven years fostering academic excellence. Before that, she worked as a Lecturer at Sri Ranganathar Institute of Polytechnic College from 2010 to 2013, and held the position of Head of Department in charge at Gandhi Polytechnic College from 2009 to 2010.
