Mr. Kedir Awol Assen has a wealth of professional experience in agriculture and dairy science. He served as a Lecturer at Raya University’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Department of Animal Science from April 2018 to April 2022. During this time, he taught various courses on dairy cattle production, camel management, dairy technology, and livestock marketing, among others. His role also involved conducting research in dairy science and collaborating on projects with colleagues.
Following his tenure at Raya University, Mr. Kedir joined Werabe University’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Department of Animal Science as a Lecturer and Researcher from May 2022 to June 2023. Here, he continued his teaching and research activities, contributing to the academic and research endeavors of the university.
Currently, Mr. Kedir is back at Raya University, where he serves as a Lecturer and Researcher in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Department of Animal Science. His responsibilities include teaching, conducting research on dairy science, providing consultancy services to local farmers and extension workers, and actively engaging in community service projects related to dairy production and rural development. His professional journey reflects his dedication to advancing agricultural knowledge and practices, particularly in the field of dairy science and livestock management.
