Korea (1995), and a B.S. from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea (1992). His commitment to education dates back to his formative years at Haeundae High School in Busan, S. Korea (1988). This diverse educational background has equipped Dr. Choe with a breadth of knowledge and expertise that he brings to his role as an Associate Professor at Qatar University.
