Ms. Sabiha Sharmin currently serves as a Specialist in Platform, MIFE & SDP at Robi Axiata Limited, where she is responsible for managing technical operational activities related to Value Added Services. Her role involves both routine and emergency troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and resolve technical issues. Prior to this, she worked as an Account Manager at ZTE Corporation Bangladesh LTD from August 2021 to January 2023. In this capacity, she provided technical sales leadership, identified and cultivated business opportunities, and aligned customer requirements with market trends.
