Mr. Yibekal Hailu has amassed a wealth of professional experience in the realm of physics education and research. He embarked on his career as a Graduate Assistant in the Physics Department at Dire Dawa University, Ethiopia, from September 2007 to September 2008. Here, he honed his teaching skills and cultivated a passion for academic inquiry. Building upon this foundation, Mr. Hailu transitioned to the role of Lecturer in the same department, where he served from July 2010 to March 2013. During this period, he delivered lectures, supervised student projects, and engaged in scholarly activities to advance the understanding of physics concepts.

Since March 2013, Mr. Hailu has held the position of Lecturer in the Physics Department at Debre Markos University, Ethiopia. In this capacity, he continues to impart knowledge to students, foster critical thinking, and nurture a deep appreciation for the principles of physics. Alongside his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Hailu actively contributes to research endeavors, particularly in the areas of ionospheric physics, space physics, and computational physics. His dedication to both teaching and research underscores his commitment to academic excellence and the advancement of scientific knowledge.
