As a Graduate Assistant at Raya University, Mr. Assefa played a pivotal role in providing lectures, conducting research, and advising undergraduate students. Currently serving as a Full-time Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Gondar, he excels in teaching various courses related to field crop production, soil fertility, and plant physiology to undergraduate students.
