During his tenure as a Tanning Consultant at the National Planning Commission Population and Development Directorate, Dr. Shoddo played a crucial role in shaping the Ethiopia Census 2007. He conducted literature reviews, established conceptual frameworks, analyzed data sets using advanced demographic and statistical tools, and prepared thematic reports according to predefined methodologies. His contributions ensured the accuracy and reliability of census-related information, essential for informed decision-making at the national level. As a Social Work Researcher at the Population Council, Dr. Shoddo demonstrated his proficiency in qualitative research methodologies and program evaluation.
