Prior to this role, Dr. Yang worked as a Technical Manager at Zhaozhi Future Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. from May 2021 to May 2023, where he focused on integrating remote sensing, risk assessment, and monitoring systems for effective emergency management. He also held a Technical Research position at the State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company’s Electric Power Research Institute from August 2022 to February 2023, concentrating on dynamic risk zoning and environmental monitoring. Earlier in his career, Dr. Yang worked as an Engineer at the Chengdu Planning and Natural Resources Bureau’s Geological Environment Monitoring Station from July 2017 to May 2021, where he was responsible for geological disaster risk zoning, monitoring, forecasting, and emergency management.
