He began his career as a professional nurse at Besheno Primary Hospital, where he served from October 2015 to May 2018. During this time, he gained valuable hands-on experience in clinical practice and patient care. Following his role as a nurse, Mr. Alene transitioned to academia, joining Injibara University as an Assistant Lecturer in May 2018.
