Dr. Yu Yang has accumulated extensive professional experience in the field of Geological Engineering, emphasizing geohazard risk assessment and emergency management. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Xihua University’s School of Emergency Management since April 2024, he imparts his expertise in emergency management strategies and geological hazard mitigation. Prior to this role, Dr. Yang worked as a Technical Manager at Zhaozhi Future Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. from May 2021 to May 2023, where he focused on integrating remote sensing, risk assessment, and monitoring systems for effective emergency management. He also held a Technical Research position at the State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company’s Electric Power Research Institute from August 2022 to February 2023, concentrating on dynamic risk zoning and environmental monitoring.
